At Fantastic Deals, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue with a product, we’re here to help in a fair and transparent manner.

This policy outlines how warranties, returns, and refunds are handled in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).


Consumer Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to certain guarantees when purchasing goods. Fantastic Deals will honour these guarantees and assist where products:

  • Are faulty or develop a fault through no fault of your own
  • Are not fit for their intended or stated purpose
  • Do not match the description, images, or sample provided
  • Have defects that were not obvious at the time of delivery

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


Warranty Coverage

All products sold by Fantastic Deals include a minimum 12-month warranty, unless otherwise stated. In some cases, the manufacturer’s warranty may extend beyond this period.

Warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Where a fault is confirmed:

  • If the issue is minor or repairable, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund
  • If the issue is major, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or suitable alternative

What Is Not Covered by Warranty

Warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • Improper handling, misuse, or negligent unpacking
  • Failure to follow installation or usage instructions
  • Accidental, intentional, cosmetic, or physical damage
  • Damage caused by pets or unattended children
  • Commercial use of products intended for domestic use (unless stated by the manufacturer)
  • General wear and tear

If a fault or damage is determined to be caused by misuse or negligence, shipping costs for repair or replacement will not be covered.


Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 10 days of dispatch. In some cases, items may be shipped separately and arrive with different tracking details.


Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The item must be unused
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation

If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


Items Arrived Damaged

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 business days of delivery.

We may request photos or a short video to assess the damage and assist with processing a replacement or refund.


Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All accessories and documentation must be included
  • Items must be returned to the nominated warehouse

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item has been opened, used, or is not in original condition, the return request may be declined.

Change-of-mind returns outside the 14-day window may be subject to additional shipping and restocking fees.

To lodge a warranty or return claim, please contact our support team with your order number and details of the issue.

We may request supporting information such as photos or videos to assess the claim.

Failure to provide sufficient information may delay or impact the outcome of your claim.
